Kinesiology Sessions – what you can expect.
New clients are requested to complete a questionnaire which covers areas such as:
- Personal details
- Family History
- Diet, lifestyle and sleep habits
- Emotional, mental, and physical health
The first session starts with us getting to know each other. We will discuss what is going on in your life and what is causing you stress on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual levels. I will ask questions to understand the root causes of your imbalance and identify what might be preventing you from achieving your goals.
If you are attending in person, you will recline face-up (fully clothed) on a massage table. I will then perform muscle testing by applying gentle pressure on your arm. This testing is used to identify where the energy blockages lie in your body. If you are attending online, I will surrogate for you.
It is important to note that kinesiologists do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure symptoms, stress, or disease. What we do is raise your consciousness of energy blockages and help you clear them by using a variety of methods and remedies. These include:

You might want further sessions to restore your balance, or until you can manage your healing independently. We will discuss how your body responds to each session and I will use your feedback to tailor methods and remedies to your specific needs.
KINESIOLOGY SESSION FEE SCHEDULE
Initial Kinesiology Session – [In-Person or Online] is approximately around 110 minutes ~ $220
Standard Kinesiology Session – [In-Person or Online] is approximately around 75 minutes ~ $160
Included in the session fee are flower essences if required.
Payment Policy
Meta Kinesiology accepts both Cash and Direct Transfer payments, which must be remitted at the conclusion of a session.
Cancellation Policy
50% of the applicable fee will become due and payable for any cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
An SMS reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
